Refund Policy


My refund policy is simple:

Consulting Services: No Refund if services are provided. Retainers are non-refundable if services are not provided.

Online Store:

  • Physical Products: Refunds are only provided if books are returned in perfect condition and in same packaging. I must receive the book BEFORE issuing any refunds and determine the condition of the book. If books are not able to be resold. No refund will be provided. A letter will be sent to you with the determination of the refund request.
  • Electronic Products: All Sales are Final. No Refunds

In person purchases such as book signings or if purchases are made in person: Purchases are not refundable if you leave with the item, or it has been signed.
